HOTEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


Bookings are only taken over the phone on 0121 622 1452 between the hours 11:00h – 23:00h.

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure any reservation and will be used to charge your account if you fail to turn up without giving the required notice (see below).

Your Booking
 
You cannot transfer or resell your booking (in whole or in part). If you transfer or resell (or attempt to transfer or resell) then Shickorsky Ltd will terminate your booking and retain any money paid to us for such booking. We may also refuse to take any further bookings from you in the future. In making a room booking you agree to not use the hotel or its facilities to conduct any commercial activity or activity that seeks to gain profit without prior written consent. Shickorsky Ltd reserves the right to terminate your booking and retain any money paid to us for such booking if we believe that you are in full or part breach of this provision.
 
You may make a booking on someone else's behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that any customer in your booking complies with these terms as if that customer had made the booking.

You must be a minimum of 18 years old to stay at out establishment. If you arrive at the hotel and look under 18 years of age you will not be permitted to stay without valid identification.
 
Rates and Payment
 
The rate for each room is advised to you at the time of booking.
 
All payments are due at actual check in, any card details given are only to secure your booking and no payment is taken unless otherwise stated verbally or within the terms & conditions given here.
 
You must be able to show photo identification such as a passport or driver's license or a valid credit or debit card if you are paying by cash for a walk-in booking at the hotel.
 
Check-in and check-out
 
You can check-in from 2pm on the scheduled date of arrival. You can check-in from 11:30am on the day of arrival at no additional cost. However, we cannot guarantee your room will be ready but are happy to hold bags and leave them up in your room once it is available.
 
You must check-out before midday on the scheduled date of departure. If you fail to check-out by the stipulated time, we reserve the right to apply an additional charge equivalent to the flexible rate at that time, for one night's stay for the applicable room(s).
 
Room’s
 
Maximum occupancy for rooms is: Maximum of 2 adults.

We do not permit people under the age of 18 to stay at our hotel.
 

Potential Additional Charges for the following acts


You must not smoke in any of our hotel rooms or interfere with our fire detection system. If you do so we will terminate your booking. We may either (at our sole discretion) request the immediate re-payment of our costs during your stay or instruct a third party to contact you after your stay to recover our costs. The costs we incur if you smoke in our hotel include costs for cleaning, repair or replacement of damage by you to our property, the cost of the room for any period it is unusable.
 
You must not damage or interfere with any items belonging to us. If you do so we will terminate your booking. We will charge your credit/debit card used at time of booking to recover the costs for any repair, replacement or specialist cleaning we incur if you damage our hotel or property. We will notify you in writing and send a breakdown of these costs to the address used for the booking.

If you choose to disregard hotel policy and decide to bring additional people back to stay with you without giving the required notice then we reserve to right to apply an additional charge; In the case of a room sold as a single the charge will be £20.00 max. In the case of a room sold at maximum occupancy of 2 persons then the charge will equate to the cost of an additional at the current rate.

A set charge of £35.00 will be incurred for each set of lost keys.
 
Cancellation
 
You may cancel a booking and we will not charge you for the first night if you notify us by 12:00h two days before your scheduled date of arrival.
 
If you have a booking for more than 1 night you may cancel or shorten your booking after the scheduled date of arrival and we will refund you for any remaining nights. We will not pay a refund for any night for where less than 48 hours notification is received. Notification must be made directly with the hotel by 12:00h two days before scheduled date of arrival if you wish to cancel or amend booking.
  
We will only make refunds to the payment card that you used to make the booking. We will normally credit refunds to your card within 10 days.
 
Changing your Booking
 
Subject to availability, you may change the length of stay or the scheduled date of arrival.

You must notify us by 12:00h two days before your scheduled date of arrival of any changes.
